ONE Pepper Grill and Lounge: We strive for perfection

Purchased in 2011 by TJ Chelak, JR & Toby Alan Dion, the ONE Pepper Grill has become a local hotspot of great comfort food, craft and rare beer and a great place to hang out.  The menu at ONE Pepper Grill builds on TJ's Dawg House in Williston, Vermont.  At the restaurant we've added ground beef from Vienna Beef out of Chicago, Illinois, the best appetizers and delicious desserts, wine and beer.


Speaking of beer, at any given time, there are over 150 different types of bottled beer in our inventory, but don't look for a Bud or bud Light, they are out!  Like our food, we endeavor to sell only the best in quality, so we embrace the craft beer movement.

 

While we respect the locavore movement in Burlington, we also seek to be unique, and affordable.  To that end, we bring in our meat from Vienna Beef out of Chicago, Illinois. 

 

As a testament to our unique restaurant, the only place in Vermont that you can dine in and get a Vienna Beef burger or dog is at the ONE Pepper Grill.
